In the manufacturing plants, the aforementioned processing of one Holz100 component results in a solid wooden wall as large as 3 by meters and up to 40 centimeters in thickness which contains nothing but pure wood as no synthetic resin glues or nails are not used.
Wooden dowels that are completely fitted through the standing core along with its layered wooden boards absorb additional ambient humidity and swell up due to becoming moist in this process, connecting non-detachably to surrounding wood.
The hardwood dowels themselves are dust-dried, compressed mechanically, and finally hydraulically pressed in.
The external walls are fitted at the factory with one layer of house wrap which is securely placed between two layers of boards.
The wooden board layers of a standard wall stands in a thickness of 20mm to 60mm that are cross laminated inside and outside. It is then connected to a top and bottom belt of 40 or 80mm as a standing core with wooden dowels set as a raster.
