Even without the use of chemicals or preservatives, the same buildings that our ancestors have erupted with their hands have lasted more than five hundred years of age. It is simply incredible and breathtaking to know that these ancient monuments or buildings made of pure wood still stand to this day after all those years of habitation, weathering, etc. This is why we must continue to use timber as a sustainable building material.

As a result of our specific and sustainable work processes when it comes to working with wood, the timber becomes smooth, long lasting, and exhibit a movement that is very low or non-existent. What is our method? It is to produce timber construction that lasts for decades and conforms to the traditions of wood craftsmen in which our structures made of wood were made by our wise ancestors.
As our trees are grown in a location predetermined for their ideal growth, the timber that we produce for construction is very specifically tightly grained. Sourced by sub-alpine spruces and firs, our timber exhibit a very beautiful and particular direction of grain due to this. Not only are our trees harvested at an exclusive place, it is also harvested at the right time. It is very hard nowadays to find this quality of wood.
The big job of mounting, attaching, and finishing gets done really fast. The crane at the site will simply lift the individual models from their originating trucks in order, and placed directly onto the area designated to be the foundation of your house. After that, all we need to do to finish is perform very minor labour such as connecting the modules together and securing them to their foundation. You can move in the very same day!

The Thoma Holz100 Mobile Home is a very special type of natural wood architecture that grows and also shrinks with the required design and living space for the ultimate versatile building material and system. As a model for the Holz100 Mobile Home, it was not anything fancy or over-the-top – it was the architecture created from clay of the earth by the North American Pueblo Indians.
Her gardens were not planned or anything, especially the connection garden – it just happened to be there, which makes it even more endearing for her. Her daughter had always asked her what she would do with the farm, as she also loved the farm very much. At a roadshow called the “greencare projects”, where from there, an invitation came forth and soon, an inspector came to see if the farm was suitable.
The Thoma Holz100 Mobile Home is prefabricated, pure wooden components which is made efficient as a residential unit that must be seen and felt by all human senses to fully enjoy and absorb its beauty. Now available in North America, the Single Module of 18 square meters, the Double Unit of 35 square meters, and finally the Triple Module of 54 square meters – the Thoma Holz100 Mobile Home stands as the best in sustainability, safety, and health of its inhabitants.
The Thoma Holz100 Mobile Home was created according to Leopold Kohr’s philosophy which states that “small is beautiful”. We are convinced as such that in order to create a more humane world, we should build wooden houses made very simple to revolve our lives around the little things. Such as the first Holz100 Mobile Home built in Austria which revived an old farm that held dear to Maria created in a matter of hours.
You can also combine the individual modules. The kitchen module by LOHBERGER with a built-in wash basin, a work surface and a stove with wood operation ensures a warming effect in winter. The ELASAS infrared panels provide an automatic and comfortable temperature control, making this option not too big or small with high quality kitchen and bathroom appliances. This Thoma Holz100 Mobile Home is perfect for a young married couple.
Thoma Holz100 Mobile Homes are built without a construction site. Healthy living without absolutely any detriment. It is quite natural for us to transfer the "purity of the wood" to all other materials. The design is about the core, we reduce where it is, but the highest quality. In personal contact with local companies, we offer the possibility to get everything from one source to the finished furniture.
The pure single module is ideal for your idea in a room. The smallest version of our Thoma Holz100 Mobile Homes comes with wooden windows, windows, doors and roof. All the necessary cables for the electrics in the wall elements are controlled internally according to individual planning. The power supply is via an external connection. Set up, set up and ready! Of course there is also the bathroom and the kitchen to the living.
The individual modules fit exactly on a truck. In the workshops of us or our partners, not only the wooden walls are mounted, but also many other trades are carried out at the same time. In the meantime, everything is being prepared at the construction site, so that everything goes on fast on the big day of delivery. With the crane, the modules are lifted off the truck, they follow a few minor connections and after a day you can move in.
Any kind of extension is possible in the modular system of Holz100. The mobility has been developed for people who want to go new ways. Adds a module or changes the location. Develop your living space as your life evolves! Just as varied and diverse as life is, we also do not hide from a solution, but have the pleasure of always discovering something new. The underlying ground plans therefore serve as a stimulus.
An architecture that grows with its inhabitants and diminishes. It adapts to the needs of the residents and leaves no traces. There will be no residue or puddles in the body and soil because everything consists of natural material. The Mobile is made of Thoma Holz100 - lunar phase-harvested wood without glue, without wood preservative, without varnish. And she grows and walks with you through your daily life.
The philosopher Leopold Kohr was convinced that we had to structure our lives according to the ideal of smallness in order to create a more humane world. Under this star stands the wooden furniture. During the development, our goal was to combine living health and sustainability in a grounded layout that was reduced to a significant extent. The clay architecture of the North American Pueblo Indians served as a model.
